As a field employee you can communication with your team member through mobile application, in the left menu section you can see menu TEAM, in the team screen all your team members contact information will be there for your communication.

As a company admin you can directly interact with your team within the Task and requirement section, in future we planned to release separate message feature to improve communication between all users.
